Hola a todos! Esta mañana me tope con este bello cuento que nos da el aviso de Cuando se termina el amor de pareja, explicado en 3 minutos. Mírenlo, lo dice todo, con muy poco.
Genio el que lo escribió.

Compassion Meditation

I was doing my daily reading and I found this from the daily meditation app in my phone. It is so precise and beautiful  thinking; I felt was important to share it with you.

"Practice gentle mindfulness and awareness of just compassion. This is so that your mind does not wander, or start to become attached or too involved in any issues. Continue directing compassion to any cases you may be aware of.

You may focus on just one case for the entire time you give to meditation, or many depending on your level of practice.The goal however is give them the time to let the heart and mind become peaceful, forgiving and develop equanimity towards the subject of compassion.

Expand your compassion once you are more steady. With care you may start to direct compassion towards someone who has done harmful things."

Vamos a improvisar

Vamos a improvisar...

Antes que se nos acabe el  aliento!

Porque los guiones no se dan como yo quiero,

porque prefiero la sorpresa y el silencio...

Vamos a improvisar y dejar que la vida nos tome de imprevisto..

Porque los planes que contamos, de ellos no queda nada..

Pero, es mas bello así, cuando todo cambia de color,  y ya no es blanco ni negro,

tampoco Azul del color del cielo...

Dejemos de pensar en mañana...  puede que esa mañana nunca llegue a despertar!

Puede que los dias que te arrastaron a mi orilla, ahora se quieran desvanecer...

Puede que el mañana que tanto añorabas ahora se desvanezca,

para vivir los dias que nunca soñaste pero que debias vivir!

Espero que esta comedia o esta tragedia, tenga tan solo un final feliz,

Solo si quieres improvisar el resto de mis dias, o los que queden por vivir!

te prometo que aun no logras imaginarte lo que esta por venir,

te prometo nunca olvidarme de ti..

y por favor nunca hagas promesas que no podemos cumplir,

aun las que si se pueden, se van con el viento,

asi que mejor quedate aqui en silencio, toma mi mano y simplemente...

I wished on you, even before I've met you,

I dreamt about the warm nights, and the long chats, the laughter, the wine..

If I could change anything, would be the day I met you, and instead I've met you 100 years before,

through many lifes, through many dreams...

I wished about finding that being that could fit in my world,

that fits in the madness, in the chaos...

to make a new one together... 

I wished on the strenght that you give me,

I wished on the support that in silence you offer me..

I wished on a real person and yet a prince charming,

I always believed in fairy tales, and even then I wished on you!

I had you on mind, to create my world a better one, to help me being...

-PEDI UN DESEO-

Pedí un deseo, el de encontrarte a ti, incluso antes de conocerte,

soñe con las noches cálidas, las conversaciones sin final, la risa y el vino...

Si pudiera cambiar algo, seria el dia en que te conocí, Y hubiera optado por conocerte 100 años antes,

a través de muchas vidas, de muchos sueños..

Pedi un deseo,  de encontrar a ese ser que podria encajar en mi mundo,

en su locura, en su caos...

Y entonces crear uno nuevo y mejor junto a ti,

Deseé encontrar la fortaleza que tu me brindas,

deseé encontrar el apoyo en el silencio que a veces proporcionas,

Deseé encontrar esa persona real y a la vez un principe azul,

Siempre creí en cuentos de hadas, y aún entonces deseé encontrarte a ti!

Te tuve en mi mente, para hacer de mi mundo uno mejor, para ayudarme a ser...

una mejor persona, por cambiar la vida como la conocia en un cuento nuevo,

Cuando no quedaba nada, cuando no tenia ya esperanza, incluso entonces,

Let´s improvise - Vamos a Improvisar

Let's Improvise..
Before we run out of air!
because scripts they  don't always work in the way I want,
because I prefer to be  surprised, because I prefer the silence...
Let's improvise and let Life to take us by surprise,
usually when we make plans, at the end there's nothing left...
not the plan nor the dream,
but its more beautiful like this, when everything changes  color,
and its not black and white anymore, either blue like the clear sky...
We need to stop thinking of tomorrow...  that tomorrow might never come,
perhaps the days that drop you on my shore, now just want to vanish...
Perhaps the "tomorrow" you dream of so badly, that dream will now disappear,
just to let you live the time that you never thought of...
the time  you were supposed to live!
I just hope that this comedy or this tragedy, can have a happy ending!
only if you decide to improvise the rest of my days or the ones that remain still unsaid,
I can only promise I will never forget about you,
so please, don't make promises that you cant keep,
even the ones we could, they go away with the wind,
so please stay still..quiet, take my hand and simply...
Let's improvise!
